This package includes exclusive use for 4 hours. Limited up to 75 people for a private event including – Bridal shower, Baby shower, birthday , graduation or retirement party and all other events (not to be used for a ceremony or wedding).
The Reception Barn is all yours as well as 130 acres of pure nature to enjoy!

$125 per hour (4 hour minimum)
+$175 staff & cleaning fee

Wedding Package
This package includes a full day with exclusive use of the Farm (11:00 AM to 11:00 PM). The Reception Barn and the Farmhouse are all yours as well as 130 Acres of pure Nature!

A Pretty Sweet Perk ! You have the option to add an additional day before rental (Monday – Friday only) 3:00 PM – 9:00 AM to decorate, rehearse, & have your rehearsal dinner onsite for an additional $800. If you add Thursday to a Friday rental, you’re getting two days for the same investment as a Saturday! We also offer an overnight stay at our historical Farmhouse for the Bride and Groom for $650 which includes a continental breakfast.
